♥ 19th birthday post
hahaha, I AM 19 ALREADY! can't really believe that i actually lived for 19 years and now finally finished my junior college education and moving on to university education. Education makes up majority of my time spent in these 19 years.. at last, all of these would end soon. I am no longer a child, or even a teenager in a few years time.
Adulthood? quite unthinkable, especially when A level result is so unpredictable. It is already so hard to get a job now, when work experience is necessary and preferred for almost every single employment. They look at your results as well even though none of which is relevant to whatever you are applying for. oh well, maybe i can stick to the waitressing job meanwhile..
talk abt waitressing today, i broke a few bowls, mistook salt bottle for pepper bottle and gave them to the guest when serving the shark's fin dish. Bad omen? Probably. My right knee and heel hurt quite badly now when i stand up from sitting position and when i walk. i practically limped to the toilet to shit just now, i am not exaggerating. my right leg is quite screwed, the joint between the right thigh and right hip produces the cracking sound everytime i attempt to walk. old injuries from dancing.. my feet too. the toes are quite distorted now, hahaha. :( oh well, at least i got a $10 angbao from the organiser who held a CNY lunch at meritus mandarin today. all waiter/waitresses get a $10 angbao each, quite lucky :)
after that, it was dinner at SHOKUDO at heeren with MEWII. haha, thanks babes! This year, i got 2 wallets for birthday. One from Biqi darling and the other from MEWII. feels quite bad coz they spent the whole afternoon walking around looking for nice wallet. but i already told biqi i would be using the wallet she bought for me!! hahaha, anyway, thanks for everything la, i love all of you! :D my brother fetched me home coz he was around orchard with his frens.
like mentioned earlier in prev entry, i really received alot of birthday msges from many many ppl on handphone, msn and facebook. hmmm, i noe i shouldn't be so anal because i should be happy that people remembered my birthday. I am kinda a tat disappointed that most msges are just "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Maybe it is very cliche to put in stuff like "all the best in ur future endeavours", "wish you good luck in everything you do", "stay happy" etc but they all mean something extra right? and this somehow makes me feel that I am just an acquaintance. I am rather particular about such things i guess.. Maybe I have always been such a person bah, not exactly very very very close to anyone in particular. Oh well, still want to thank everyone who bothered :) i am really sry if i didn't reply you, not that I don't care but my sms usage this month is quite ehmm scary.

haiz, feels like crying after typing all these, i really don't know whether i am touched, disappointed or happy. Its probably just a mixture of these feelings which gives a general feel of sadness overall.
lastly, no one in my family celebrated for me.
