♥ Mugging mugging

At NUS central library, trying to do some mugging cum summarizing notes: PF1101 lecture notes with reference to the textbook material. It is seriously hell. Hard to focus, the whole module is so dry and common sensical. There is nothing that I need to understand at all because its like algorithm - all about memory work a.k.a remember the technical terms and definition, sequence of events

Let me give you an example.

Imagine I want to organize CNY for Hwachong (Customer) again, what are the things that i need to do?

1) Find a project manager a.k.a chairperson
2) Find the members and assign duties to them (Define the scope)
3) Set common goals and vision
4) Get the rest of the people into the sub-groups and start working i.e programmes, stalls, publicity, centrepiece, citygate (Recruit sub-contractors, consultant, quantity surveyor, architect to work on the project at hand)
5) Start planning for respective groups and keep each other updated through meetings, meet the datelines. (Same for projects)
6) Chairperson schedules work sessions, meetings and oversee everything (Project manager does the same)
7) Anything cock up, inform chairperson and brainstorm for solutions/alternatives/back-ups (iteration at the planning, executing, monitoring and controlling section). The changes made are than made known to the whole council (Same for projects)
8) CNY celebration! (Closing of project)
9) AAR to evaluate performance of everyone, document any mistakes made and explain so that juniors can learn from our mistakes and not make them again. (Post-project evaluation)
10) CNY committee disbands and start working on ELECO (Projects are temporary and unique, team members leave when project is completed and move on to the next project)

NICEEE :) I applied to real-life projects so aptly. AND god damn it and i still stuck at lecture 1 notes. I need to get 4 sets of summary notes done done done done and start working on my geography module. I AM SO GONNA HUNT YOU DOWN ADRIEL ANG, year 3, GPA 4.8 and in Dean's list.

And, stanley fell aslp at 12:11am just now. haha we are like 12 hours apart in terms of timezone. Shall talk to him soon, feeling so much better already :)

And its nice mugging with eileen coz she just keeps doing doing doing. I have a laptop with me so i kept slacking slacking slacking. Next time don't bring my laptop out alr. haha. Need to start working on my pf1101 project. :( i really don't think i have much time left.

XOXO, hungry! haha (:
